This practice allows for the private treatment of patients on a one-to-one basis.
Appointments are made at a time that is suitable for the patient and normally last for half an hour (although this may vary dependent on need). Home visits can be arranged at the request of the patient and if the physiotherapist deems it possible to suitably treat the client in their own home/place of residence.

A waiting area is provided for patients who attend earlier than their dedicated treatment time. Reading material is made available.
Parking is available off-road and directions to the clinic can be obtained from the therapist.

Toileting facilities are provided for patient use.

Dr. Kerr has experience in treating many different musculoskeletal disorders including, back and neck pain, sports injuries, overuse injuries, etc. Treatment may consist of mobilization, massage, acupuncture, manipulation, electrotherapy, exercise programmes, postural advice, etc.

The physiotherapist working within this practice carries out activities for which he has been trained. The therapist graduated from the University of Ulster in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science (with Honours) Degree in Physiotherapy. He has worked locally in Causeway Hospital (as a practice manger/practitioner) and also in one of the country’s largest teaching hospitals (Royal Victoria Hospital, Belfast).

Post-graduate courses have been completed in Orthopaedic Medicine, Acupuncture, McKenzie Treatment of the Spine and the Treatment of Sports Injuries.

In 2000 Daniel Kerr completed his Doctor of Philosophy Degree at the University of Ulster, carrying out research into the use of acupuncture for musculoskeletal disorders including low back pain.

Dr. Kerr has also worked for 15 seasons for Coleraine Football Club and more recently has taken over as the Lead Physiotherapist for the Northern Milk Cup Football Tournament.
